As per datasheets, the leakage current of a transistor is about 15 nA at room temperature. So the answer is option A.

The leakage current in a typical silicon transistor under normal conditions is generally in the nanoampere range. Therefore, among the options you provided, the closest value to the typical leakage current in a common-emitter configuration is: 10 x 10⁻⁹ A (10 nA).
The other values (5 x 10⁻⁶ A, 200 x 10⁻⁶ A, and 5 x 10⁻³ A) are much higher and would indicate significant leakage, possibly in extreme cases like very high temperatures or in transistors with high reverse bias.
