The other values (5 x 10⁻⁶ A, 200 x 10⁻⁶ A, and 5 x 10⁻³ A) are much higher and would indicate significant leakage, possibly in extreme cases like very high temperatures or in transistors with high reverse bias.

As per datasheets, the leakage current of a transistor is about 15 nA at room temperature. So the answer is option A.
