That is a correct answer.

Here the charge q = 8/10.

Time t = 4s.

Here as the charge is not changing with time.

Therefore the current equation becomes at instantaneous i = q/t.

i = (8/10)/4.

i = 8/40 = 2/10.

i = 0.2 A.
