Here, Without Solvation we can choose Answer cuz the question is asked between the number 1 and 10.. so I seen clearly Option {B} as answer

Lets discuss easy manner answer to question.

65,000 = 65*10^3 or
65,000 = 6.5*10^4 is the answer, by decreasing in left side to decimal point, we should add +0 to the right side.

Like as 6.5*10^3/10^-1.

65*10^3 = 6.5*10^3+1.

= 6.5*10^4.

Look at the options oprionA: 0.65 is not between 1and 10
option B: 6.5 is the number between 1and 10
so 65000 means 6.5*10^4
and remaining options 65 and 650 also not the numbers between 1 and 10
So ans is optionB
