@Jannat.

The +1is added because of 65000 = 65 * (10^3) = 6.5 * 10^4.
6.5 = (65/10).

According to me, it should be 65*10^3.

Sol:

65000= 65*1000
= [65*10^3]
= [65/10 * 10 * 10^3] {Multiple & divide 65 by 10}.
= [65/10 * 10 * 10^3 {10^3 3 is raised power 10},
= [65/10 * 10^4] {bases are same powers are added i.e 10^1 * 10^3=10^4},
= [6.5*10^4] {65/10=6.5}.

So, the Answer is (B).

65,000.
65 * 1000 = 65*10^3.
65 * (10/10) * 10^3.
(65/10) * (10^1*10^3).
6.5 * 10^4.
{a^m*a^n=a^(m+n)}.
