V = 150.
I = 650.
=> V/I = 150/650 = 0.230777.
=> R = 0.23077/1000.
=> 230 OHM.
I = 650.
=> V/I = 150/650 = 0.230777.
=> R = 0.23077/1000.
=> 230 OHM.

Where did you get that 1000?

V = IR.
R = V/I.
Given I = 650 mA = (650 x 10^3) = 0.65 A.
V = 150 V.
Therefore R = 150/0.65 = 230.77~~ 230 ohms.
R = V/I.
Given I = 650 mA = (650 x 10^3) = 0.65 A.
V = 150 V.
Therefore R = 150/0.65 = 230.77~~ 230 ohms.

V = IR.
R = V/I.
I = 650 mA.
V = 150 V.
So, R = 150/(650*10^-3).
R = 230 ohms.
R = V/I.
I = 650 mA.
V = 150 V.
So, R = 150/(650*10^-3).
R = 230 ohms.

v = 150v.
i = 150/650/1000 = 0.65.
150*0.65 = 230 v.
i = 150/650/1000 = 0.65.
150*0.65 = 230 v.

v = 150v.
i = 650*10^-3.
r = v/i.
r = 150/(650*10^-3) .
r = 230.
i = 650*10^-3.
r = v/i.
r = 150/(650*10^-3) .
r = 230.
