By using for OHMS law.
Given:
R = V/I.
So, R = 110/3.5 = 31.42.
Answer: 31 OHM.

Ohm law V = IR.
V = 110V, I=3.5A, R=?,
R = V/I,
R = 110/3.5,
R = 31.42857142857143,
R = 31 OHM.

V = IR.
V = 110.
I = 3.5.
R = V/I = 110/3.5 = 31.
V = 110.
I = 3.5.
R = V/I = 110/3.5 = 31.

V = lR.
R = v\l.
V = 110 v.
I = 3.5 A.
R =110\3.5 = 31.4 ohm.
R = v\l.
V = 110 v.
I = 3.5 A.
R =110\3.5 = 31.4 ohm.

According to Ohm's law:
V = IR,
R = V/I,
R = 110/3.5,
R = 31.42.
V = IR,
R = V/I,
R = 110/3.5,
R = 31.42.

According to ohm's law V = IR.
Then, I = V/R.
R = 110/3.5 = 31.4285.
Then, I = V/R.
R = 110/3.5 = 31.4285.

Ohms law states that at constant temperature the current flowing through the conductor is directly proportional to potential different between the two end of the conductor.
That is V = IR.
That is V = IR.

What is the answer if there will be another option as. 31.5?

According to ohm's law v = IR.
Here we have to find resistance so, R = V/I.
Substitute those values=110/3.5 = 31.42.
But here they are taken as round figure value i.e 31.
