Dr BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Jalandhar has developed innovative products for use in space communication and satellites. These advancements were achieved by the Space Technology Incubation Centre (STIC), which was established at the institute with the support of ISRO. The products were demonstrated to a delegation from ISRO, showcasing the institute's role as a hub for fostering technological innovation and contributing to the country's space research capabilities.

The Prime Minister chaired the 4th National Conference of Chief Secretaries in New Delhi. The conference aimed to strengthen the partnership between the Centre and State Governments, focusing on cooperative federalism and enhanced coordination for accelerated growth. The site highlights Pataliputra's (modern Patna) historical role as a political and cultural hub. Recent efforts by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) aim to preserve and study the site, which showcases advanced Mauryan architectural techniques and planning. This initiative underscores the importance of conserving India’s rich heritage while rekindling interest in ancient history.

The 63rd Annual ISAM Conference is being organized by the Indian Society of Aerospace Medicine at the Institute of Aerospace Medicine, Bengaluru, from December 5-7, 2024. Bengaluru was chosen for its significance as a centre for aerospace research and innovation in India. The event focuses on promoting interdisciplinary collaboration in aerospace and space medicine.
