The Rajolibanda Diversion Scheme (RDS) is an interstate irrigation project constructed across the Tungabhadra River, a major tributary of the Krishna River. It was developed to supply irrigation water to drought-prone agricultural regions of Telangana, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, thereby improving agricultural productivity and supporting rural livelihoods. The scheme also aims to promote equitable sharing of river water among the participating states. Over the years, it has become an important component of water resource management in the Krishna River basin and continues to play a vital role in ensuring water security and sustainable agricultural development.

Skydo became the first Indian cross-border payment platform to receive a regulatory license in Canada under the Retail Payment Activities Act, supervised by the Bank of Canada. This milestone enables the company to provide local collections and payouts within Canada while facilitating seamless two-way payment flows between India and Canada. Backed by Elevation Capital and Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital, Skydo focuses on building payment infrastructure for SMEs and international platforms. The Indian Air Force has equipped 40 Sukhoi Su-30MKI fighter jets with the air-launched BrahMos supersonic cruise missile, significantly enhancing India's long-range precision strike capability. This integration enables the aircraft to carry out stand-off attacks on strategic land and maritime targets while remaining outside the reach of enemy air defence systems. The BrahMos missile, jointly developed by India and Russia, offers a strike range of about 450 km and travels at speeds of up to Mach 3. The development strengthens India's indigenous defence capabilities and improves the operational effectiveness of its frontline fighter fleet.

Telangana Police deployed C-SIGHT, India's first sovereign artificial intelligence platform, to strengthen digital investigations related to child sexual abuse cases. Developed by the Telangana Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB) in collaboration with Vatins Systems, the platform operates entirely within the police network, ensuring sensitive data remains secure and offline. C-SIGHT significantly reduces investigation time, achieves high accuracy in identifying child sexual exploitation and abuse material, and automates the analysis of digital evidence. The initiative demonstrates Telangana's leadership in adopting advanced AI technologies to enhance cybercrime investigation and child protection efforts.

Mumbai Port celebrated its 154th Foundation Day by announcing 63 infrastructure projects worth ₹5,028.17 crore aimed at modernising port facilities and strengthening India's maritime sector. The event included the inauguration of new projects, foundation stone laying for major initiatives, and the signing of strategic agreements to improve port operations and waterfront development. Held under the theme "Together We Can," the celebrations emphasised promoting cruise tourism, enhancing coastal shipping, and improving logistics efficiency. These initiatives support the broader vision of developing world-class maritime infrastructure in line with the goals of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Andhra Pradesh approved the Policy on Reuse of Treated Used Water, 2026, with the objective of improving water security, promoting climate resilience, and supporting sustainable urban development. Aligned with the Swarna Andhra Vision 2047, the policy aims to meet at least 20% of urban water demand through treated wastewater reuse. It also mandates the use of treated water in sectors such as thermal power plants, construction, and urban services while encouraging industrial reuse. The policy includes phased implementation across all Urban Local Bodies and promotes efficient water management through modern infrastructure and monitoring systems.
