The automated kiosk allows consumers to quickly exchange empty cylinders for filled ones within a few minutes, eliminating dependency on delivery schedules. It uses lightweight, transparent composite cylinders that enable users to monitor gas levels easily. The system operates digitally, requiring OTP-based verification and supporting payments via UPI or cards. Visakhapatnam has been chosen as the venue for the commissioning of the Indian Navy’s latest indigenous stealth frigate ‘Taragiri’ on 03 April 2026.
