The centre will focus on new energy technology to establish a complete R&D and production chain in China. China has become the largest single market for BMW automotive vehicles. Indian Railways launched India's first solar powered diesel multiple units (DEMU) broad gauge trains. It is 1600 Horse Power (HP) train with all solar powered coaches. The train has six trailer coaches, with 16 solar panels fitted in each of them. The solar panels will power all the electrical appliances inside.
