1 kg=9.81 N so P=4.8kg/cm2 which is equal to 4.8 x 9.81 x 10000 N/m2(1m = 100cm).
So now P=w.h where w=spG unit wt of water=0.8 x 9.81.
hence h=60000 cm or 60m.

1kg/cm2 = (10/s.g)m of any fluid.
4.8kg/cm2 = (4.8×10)/0.8m of oil.
= 60m of oil.
4.8kg/cm2 = (4.8×10)/0.8m of oil.
= 60m of oil.
