Option 3 : 7.5 square meter.

The expected outturn of 2.5 cm concrete floor is 7.50 square meters per mason.

The expected outturn for lime concrete in foundation or floor is 8.50 cubic meters per mason.

The expected out turn of earthwork in an excavation in ordinary soil is 3 cubic meters per mason.

Particulars of Item:

Expected

out-turn (sq. meter).

12 mm Plastering with cement or lime mortar is 8.0.
Pointing with cement or lime mortar is 10.0.

Mason will do the following process,

1. C, FA, CA shifting after weighing as per Mix design.
2. Hand mixing with water as per mix design.
3. Making homogeneous mix.
4. Making level for every 2.5sqm corner.
5. Laying & levelling concrete as per level point.
6. 7.5 Sqm only is possible.

1 : 2 : 4 concrete, 1m3 need Labour constant.

Mixing concrete --------> 3.00 hour/m3.
Lifting and carrying concrete --------> 1.20 hour/m3.

c.compacting concrete --------> 0.80 hour/m3.

d.leveling surface of concrete --------> 0.10 hour/m3.
Total=(3+1.2+0.8+0.1) = 5.

By practical experience after trial and error with an average lead and with the help of two helpers one mason can do 7.5 square meter of flooring, NOT by a single Mason.

For 100 sum, no. of Mason is 13 no.

i.e for 13 Mason flooring is 100 square meter.

So for 1 Mason flooring is 100/13 = 7.69 sum.

So option C is the answer.

It's not depend on this specific values, It only depends on mason efficiency I see masons which cover 10 cum or even more than this of concrete flow.

Task work or out turn work both are same.

The capacity of doing work by a skilled labour in the form of work per day is known as task work.

For 100 sum, no. of Mason is 13 no.

i.e for 13 Mason flooring is 100 square meter.

From where you confirm that it is fixed.

It is an approximate method. It varies from city to city. A mason is completing 7.5sq m for cement concrete floor per day.

If one mason can do concrete flooring of 1.875 m3 per day.
So, 1.875/.25 = 7.5 square meter is the correct answer.
