Both D and C are incorrect.

I think here option E to be correct,

option C- (TF=Latest start time of successor activity - earliest start time of activity - duration).

Option D- (FF=Earliest Finish time -Earliest start time of an activity - duration of activity).

Option C is incorrect because free float=EF-ES-duration of the same activity.

Actually, option D is wrong because in the case of free float it is the maximum time that can be delayed without affecting the start of the successor activity.

Thus it is Est of successor-Est of predecessor-duration.

No, option C is correct.

The formula of Total float is:
TF=LF-EF or LS-ES.

Here,
TF: Total float.
LF: Latest finish time.
EF: earliest finish time.
LS: Latest start time.
ES: Earliest start time.
