Using PERT formula for each activity. Add the value obtained to get 19.
Activity 1-2 => (3+(4*4)+5)/6 = 4.
2-3 =>(5+(7*4)+9)/6 = 7.
3-4 => (6+(4*4)+10)/6 = 8.
4+7+8 = 19.
Activity 1-2 => (3+(4*4)+5)/6 = 4.
2-3 =>(5+(7*4)+9)/6 = 7.
3-4 => (6+(4*4)+10)/6 = 8.
4+7+8 = 19.

Activity 3-4 calculation is wrong by;
Expected time= 6 + 4 * 8 + 10/6 = 8.
