Pozzolana Portland cement does not attain same strength after three months. It is a slower process than OPC. That is the reason why low heat portland cement is given. The option is A itself.

PPC including GGBS has to attain higher strength at longer-term comparing to OPC. I think it has to change three months to three days.

Disadvantages of Low Heat Cement:

Initial strength gained is lower than that of OPC concrete, but the final strength is the same as that of OPC.
