Effective working time = 420 minutes (7 hours).
Batching time = 3 minutes.
No : of batching = 420/3 = 140.
Output concrete for 1 batching = 150 liters.
For 140 batching = 150*140 = 21000 liters. (This is the actual value).
But I think here they consider the efficiency of the batch plant as 90%.
= 21000*90/100 = 18900 liters.

@Jay shah in construction industry efficiency will be assigned according to condition of equipment. Mostly for time concern and making fruitful profits 90% will be considered.

The minimum mixing time is 2 minutes and why the value 3 is min batching is mandatory? Please explain me.

Because out of 3 min, 30 sec is considered as Material filing and water filling.
