The minimum mixing time is 2 minutes and why the value 3 is min batching is mandatory? Please explain me.

(7* 60)/3 = 140.
140 * 150 = 21000ltr.
90% efficiency.
(21000 * 90)/100 = 18,900ltr.

Effective working time = 420 minutes (7 hours).
Batching time = 3 minutes.
No : of batching = 420/3 = 140.
Output concrete for 1 batching = 150 liters.
For 140 batching = 150*140 = 21000 liters. (This is the actual value).
But I think here they consider the efficiency of the batch plant as 90%.

= 21000 * 90/100 = 18900 liters.

100% efficiency can't possible for a machine.

@All.

It is;
54x7/3=126,

Then 126x150 =18900.

3*150 = 450.
7*60 = 420.
420*450 = 189000 l.

Because out of 3 min, 30 sec is considered as Material filing and water filling.
