C.R.R.I only works on road and road materials. So, I don't think C.R.R.I has provided any kind of relationship between the strength of concrete and water-cement ratio. Atleast i haven't found anything like this on the internet.

1) The span to depth ratio for a cantilever of the beam should not exceed 7.
2) Also, the maximum size of cantilever provided should be 10m.
