Simple and.
Speed = distance/time.
60 = distance/9.
Distance = 60 * 9,
Distance = 150.
Speed = distance/time.
60 = distance/9.
Distance = 60 * 9,
Distance = 150.

Velocity = distance/time.
Distance = velocity*time.
= 60*(0.27)(9).
= 150 m/s.
Distance = velocity*time.
= 60*(0.27)(9).
= 150 m/s.

1hr = 60Km.
3600sec = 60000 m.
1sec = 60000/3600 = 50/3.
9 sec = (50/3)*9 = 150m.
3600sec = 60000 m.
1sec = 60000/3600 = 50/3.
9 sec = (50/3)*9 = 150m.

I have one doubt.
Why don't you change 9sec into hours and then calculate distance?

60 * 60 = 3600,
1000/3600 = 5/18,
60Km/hr.
1km = 1000m,
1hr = 60min.
1sec = 60sec.
1000/3600 = 5/18,
60Km/hr.
1km = 1000m,
1hr = 60min.
1sec = 60sec.
