= log2^(16).=log2^(8*2).
= log2^(8)+log2^(2)//lgx^(x) = 1.
= log2^(2^(3)) + 1.
= 3log2^(2) + 1.
= 3 * 1 + 1.
= 3 + 1= 4.
= log2^(8)+log2^(2)//lgx^(x) = 1.
= log2^(2^(3)) + 1.
= 3log2^(2) + 1.
= 3 * 1 + 1.
= 3 + 1= 4.

= log2 16.
= log2 2*2*2*2,
= log2 2 + log2 2 + log2 2 + log2 2,
= 1+1+1+1,
= 4.
= log2 2*2*2*2,
= log2 2 + log2 2 + log2 2 + log2 2,
= 1+1+1+1,
= 4.

log2 16 ;
log2 2^4;
4 log2^2 (bcz loga a=1),
So, 4.
log2 2^4;
4 log2^2 (bcz loga a=1),
So, 4.

The log16 to the base of 2 = log 2^4 to the base of 2 = 4log2 to the base of 2 = 4*log2 to the base of 2 = 4 * 1 = 4.
That, will be the simplest guys and I agree @Hariharan.

Simple answer would be :
16 can be written as 2 to the power 4.
16 -> (2^4) which can be written as (4 log 2).
Now log 16 to base 2 is written as 4 log 2 to the base 2.
log 2 to the base 2 is 1.
So Answer is 4x1 = 4.
