It is 5:15.
we can assume 15 as "3".
So 5-3 = 2*30+15/2= 60+7.5.
Answer= 67.5.

I think (30*Hrs)-(11/2)*Mins is the correct formula for getting this answer.

Use the formula.
=(11/2*min-30*hour),
11/2*15-30*5,
165/2-150,
135/2=67.5.
=(11/2*min-30*hour),
11/2*15-30*5,
165/2-150,
135/2=67.5.

11/2 *m -30*h.
= 11/2*15 -30 * 5.
= 165/2 -150,
= 82.5-150,
= 67.5.
= 11/2*15 -30 * 5.
= 165/2 -150,
= 82.5-150,
= 67.5.

@ rekha
5 hrs and 15 min so
5+15/60=5+1/4
20+1/4=21/4
5 hrs and 15 min so
5+15/60=5+1/4
20+1/4=21/4

We can use the formula
Theta= (11(Minutes)/2)-30(Hour)
Theta= (11(Minutes)/2)-30(Hour)

21/4=5.25
0.25 is 1/4 part of 60min. i.e. 15min
0.25 is 1/4 part of 60min. i.e. 15min
