Normal year if (2013)- 1 odd day.
For leap year - 2 odd days .

We need to split that year of 2004.
=> 1600 + 400 + 3 + (Jan+8).
=> 0 + 0 + 3(1) + (3+8).(Here January Have 3 odd day then also we put 3 in there).
Substitute all the values.
3 + 3 + 8 = 14(day).
=>14/7 =2(weeks)
=>2 weeks + 0 odd day.
So, the Answer is SUNDAY.

We are supposed to know the weekday on 8th Feb. 2004.

To all those who have doubt.

2004 = 1600 + 400 + 2001, 2002, 2003, (31 + 8 days of feb. ).
So odd days for the 1600 year = 0 odd days.
Odd days for 400 year = 0 odd days.
2001, 2002, 2003 all three are an ordinary year so odd days will be =3*1= 3 odd days.
And in 2004 total time period will be of 39 days ----> means 39/7= 5 weeks + 4 odd days.
So total odd days will be = 3+4= 7 (means 0 odd days).
So we finally got 0 odd days which means Sunday.

3 normal yr=3*1=3,
8 fabry= january 3 odd dys +8,
since day= 0+3+3+8=14/7=0.

Leap year means extra day in year which is 366. Since 2004 is leap year it has already surpassed day which would have been Sunday if it wasn't leap year. Correct answer is Monday.

Total days passed from 8th Feb 2005 - 9th Feb 2004 is 366 days.
Therefore, the number of odd days is 2.
Meaning 9th Feb is a Wednesday(1 = Same day, 2 = Next day and so on). So, 8th Feb 2004 has to be Tuesday.

It is simple date given 8th feb 2005, a 366 days before date is 8th feb 2004. Simple divide 366/7, we get 2 remainder. Then subtract 2 days from tuesday its sunday.
