It is simple date given 8th feb 2005, a 366 days before date is 8th feb 2004. Simple divide 366/7, we get 2 remainder. Then subtract 2 days from tuesday its sunday.

Using formula, It is not correct The answer is monday.

When a year is divisible by 4, then it is a leap year.

Same calender repeats if it is.
1) leap year=+28yrs.
2) leap+1 year=+6yrs.
3) leap+2years=+11yrs.
4) leap+3year=+11yrs.
For exa. -.
1984=leap year.
Same calender repeats on 2012.
