Some keys are staplers. It means either 1 or 100 (all).

Keys may be stapler. Some staplers are stickers. Again it means either 1 or 100 (all) staplers are stickers. So we can say that all keys may be stickers. All the stickers are pens. So from above conclusion.

Either 1 or 100 (all) pen may be staplers. And either 0 or 100 (all).

Stickers may be key. So with statement 1 & 2, 3 statement is also right.

It can be explained easily with the help of venn diagram.

Why we have drawn 3rd venn diagram? all stickers are pens is covered by first 2 venn diagram.

We can't decide option 3 then how can you say either 2 or 3?

Its easy :

Option (1) & (4) follows no doubt about it, option (2) & (3) doesn't follow as per rules, so before quitting the question we must check whether there exist any COMPLEMENTARY PAIR (or) not.

SOME and NO forms a complementary pair with common words (STICKERS & KEYS), we can interchange the words because both SOME and NO are INTERCHANGEABLE. So we can write it as,

Some keys are stickers. No stickers are keys. [words (stickers) are same, so, either (2) or (3) follows].

There should be a full proof method or one rule. Thinking this and this always confusion. Only conclusion 1 and 4 is as per confirm rule.

Guys, my point of view by the rule if I and E statement having same element as same place it can be taken as complementary pair and we select either or option. Complementary pairs are i, o; a, o and i, e.

The answer is 1 and 4 and either 2 or 3 because 2 and 3 are a complimentary pair. In syllogisms, complimentary pairs too are a part of the answer key.
