Look on 2nd or 3rd they both together are not possible so either 2 or 3 is correct because they are complementary sentences.

Only 1 and 4 follow is correct. But either 2 or 3 is doubtful. Because there is another option that all sticker is key.

So, apart from 2 and 3, there is a 3rd possibility is there.

For an either-or statement one or both of the conclusions can be true from different possibilities. Option 3 is true from figure 1. Option 2 is true from other two figures. Hence we can compound the statement 'either 2 or 3' with 1 and 2 using 'and'.
