All A are B ---> some B are A.
According to that the 1st conclusion is subjected to one more derivative.
All pencils are inks ---> some inks are pencils.
So both follows.

All +All = All only is the basic conclusion statement i.e we get it as ALL PENCILS ARE INKS.If we go to the basic structure of ALL it contains one definite item and indefinite item. Here Pencil is Definite and Inks is Indefinite. So we can write ink as Particular affirmative i.e by using SOME i.e SOME INKS ARE PENCILS.
PLEASE DON'T SPREAD MYTH OF GETTING MIDDLE CAN'T BE SAID IN A CONCLUSION. Just apply some common sense you will get it.
