It is asked who is sitting right to Pankaj if the answer is Mukesh then it not there in option so 1st possibility is wrong.

Yeah, you should read the question correctly and it is clockwise for. Default, as TIME and NATURE are clockwise so according to "law of nature and it's natural consequences" (theory of everything published 2002) anything that shows paradox must be considered to be clockwise.

All are facing inside the circle so the answer is Lalit only.
