My dear friends. Both sequences are possible. I think these questions are being prepared by half knowledge persons. Most of the questions are the lack of clarity, some spell mistakes. Larry and Harry. They may type L instead of H. Just one letter is enough to commit mistake and eat our precious time. Its is better to prepare from RS AGARWAL reasoning books.

Yes very right, there are two possibilities, starting from Deepa (moving clockwise) :-.
Deepa, Prakash, Lalit, Priti, Mukesh, Pankaj and Deepa again.

Circle is correct if you do opposite as Sambit said then the second answer will be wrong. Hence the answer which is given here is wrong.
