Here Suresh is saying that the boy in the photograph is the only son of the son of Suresh mother now 1st understand this.
Suresh mother-son = Suresh.
Now, see here "'only son of the son of Suresh mother"'.
We know that Suresh mother-son is Suresh so, simply son of the son of Suresh mother then it will be Suresh's son. Then Suresh is the Father of the boy.
