Hi Jyoti,
Here AXB means that A is the mother of B.
Hence in case of MXN, M is the mother of N.
Again A%B means A is the wife of B.
So in N%S N is the wife of S.
Again in A+B, A is the father of B.
So here S+T, S is the father of T.
So, Reversing T is the child of S and N (where S is the husband and N is wife). Again M is the mother of N. So M is the maternal grandmother of T.
Hope this helps.
