First, read the question clearly. We have to show that P is maternal uncle of Q.
Let me show Explanation of option [A]:

Q - N ->' Q is the brother of N.
N + M -> N is the mother of M.
M x P -> M is the sister of P.

Therefore, Q is the maternal uncle of P.

So option [A] shows Q is the maternal uncle of P, this question is to show that P is maternal uncle of Q. So read the question carefully.
