Sir in this question how can we say that Q is the maternal uncle of P in option C?

Because of Option C, there can't explain the gender of Q.

Brother and sister of P & M.
M Is mother for N& Q.
Now P in relation to p of q is maternal uncle.

Hope it's clear.

Maternal uncle means mother's brother. So if P is my mama then he is my mom's brother (P_M) , then M is my mom so, me is N (M+N) and then I am a sis of Q (N'-B). So the relation with P of mine is the same as of Q. Then clearly. P is my maternal uncle of mine it means Q because she is my sister. So option "c" is the correct answer.

I hope you easily understand this explanation.
