| Total Numbers of heads = 80(consist on peacock's and deer heads). Let X be the dear heads, and y be the peacock heads. Deer heads +peacock heads = Total heads. X+Y = 80 ------- 1. Each deer 4 legs and each peacock 2 legs, now total given legs 200. Deer legs+peacock legs = total legs. 4X+2Y = 200. 2(2X+Y) = 200. 2X+Y=100 ------- 2. Solving (i) and (ii), we get x = 20, y = 60. |

| Simply multiply number of heads by 2. So, 80 * 2 = 160. Now subtract this no by the no of heads it's 200 - 160 = 40 Now divide 40 by 2 it's 20. 20 are the number of deer. So, 80 - 20 = 60 => peacock. |

| Well, This is very one touch simple trick : (By this trick we will found always two leg animals) Given : Total Heads = 80, Total Legs =200. Now, The Trick is; Two Leg Animal = (Total Legs - Total Heads)/2. So, Two Leg Animal = (200-80)/2 = 60 Peacock. |

| Heads = 80(total heads)÷2(no. Of animals) = 40, Legs = 200(total legs)÷2(no.of animals) = 100. Now, 100 - 40 = 60 peacocks. Becoz total head was 80 n it's logics that less heads more legs n more heads less legs. For this type of questions; Another way only ÷legs i.e. 200÷2=100 now 100-80( total heads). = 20 again concept and logic are the same above mentioned. Less leg more heads less heads more legs. |
