And we can solve this also as.
14 = 7*2 and 7+2 = 9.
Similarly 26 = 13*2 therefore 13+2 = 15 i.e. answer.

Yes @Meenakshi you are on right track.
See for the first pair we have 9.
So it can be 9+9 = 18-4 = 14.
So now instead of imagining a new no. Lets try out the given options in the same way.
15+15 = 30-4 = 26 so 26:15 the correct answer.
