No grammar or spelling mistakes found.

Yes @Vani.

After receiving your letter this is the write sentence or else we can say like that based on your letter which I have received now and then continue.

I think "having received your letter this morning", we wrote to thank you for the same. A sentence starting with having cannot have two ing words after that.

"having receiving" is a present tense and they are saying that "we are writing" this is also present tense then how can it possible? can anyone explain?

Is "for the same" in option C necessary? I think the sentence should just read, "Having received your letter this morning, we are writing to thank you".

Answer is option D, having received your letter may be for a single individual or a group so we / I am / are writing for the same is also correct.

I think A is correct because having is said to present tense. Received is said to past tense. Is it correct or not I don't no please any tell me.

The word having is used to have some food. So it should be. I have received your letter this morning, we are writing to thank you for the same.

Having received your letter this morning, we are writing

(a) thank you for the same.

I think 'a' would have been there in place of 'to'.
