A would be the correct answer.
Because having received your letter is absolutely incorrect.
As per grammatical rules, ing form (I.e having) is never used with the past tense (i.e received).
It may be after receiving/had received.

There is no error. The option is correct. Because the subject already particularize the person (your) , so no grammatical mistake in A, and because of that not on B also. The C signifies the subject.
So none of them are wron.
So none of them are wron.

Logically while writing a letter we never say that we are writing you this letter so I think it will be "having received your letter this morning we are wishing to thank you for the same" if I am wrong please suggest me.

There's no any mistake in this sentence & Mr @Dibyendu Das "having" is not only used for consumption but also for other tasks.
e.g."having received",
"Having said that"
e.g."having received",
"Having said that"

Option D is correct.
@Anu,
Having + 2nd form of verb is used, when two actions are taking place simultaneously.
We are writing a thanks letter as soon as we have received the letter.

'Having' indicates past and when main clause is in past the subordinate clause can not be in present. (according to Cliff's TOEFL page-204).
How 'No error' can be an option.
How 'No error' can be an option.
