The answer is 'D' since there is no mistake in the sentence. It is a complete sentence.

"for the same" is not necessary. Because, in the phrase " Having... ", we have the reason for thanking.

There's no any mistake in this sentence & Mr @Dibyendu Das "having" is not only used for consumption but also for other tasks.

Friends according to me, the morning they have written letter. Right? so it became past. So why "this morning we were writing" can also come know? clear my doubt?
