Having (a gerund) so it is correct

Option D is correct the sentence does not have any grammetical error so does not need any rectification.

The answer is 'D' since there is no mistake in the sentence. It is a complete sentence.

The word 'having' is related with consumption, specially food. So, option A is incorrect.

"for the same" is not necessary. Because, in the phrase " Having... ", we have the reason for thanking.

There's no any mistake in this sentence & Mr @Dibyendu Das "having" is not only used for consumption but also for other tasks.
