The question asks you to spot grammatical errors. How is this a grammatical error?

I think it should be 'C'.

Instead of between it should be 'of'.

Answer should be B here "witness" is noun so "witnessed" is wrong.

Complete sentence should be like:

"On the busy ring road we saw a collision between a truck and an auto".

'a' should be used in place of 'the' because there can be many busy roads, it is not perfectly specific.
