Could anyone please tell me why "incentives has become" as there are employees, so it should be ' Incentives have become.

@Arnab see here motivating is gerund and which acts as a singular noun and you are asking about and it is come under object because there is preposition with.

Please someone explain why "incentives has become" as there is a conjunction "and" which is joining two things so it should be "have become"?
