How does option B?

Can anybody explain me?

Frenetic has F capital it should be a small letter f. It should have been represented as frenetic.

Hence B and D both are grammatically erroneous.

How it can be today, isn't it should be nowadays? we are talking about conditions and not about a single day. Right?
