To meeting you is wrong!

To+ -ing form of a verb is absolutely wrong.

Need clarification!

"Looking forward to meet you here" - The given sentence seems correct. I do not think there is a mistake in any of the four options.

What is this? how can it be "to meeting you". It can't be so. I have learnt it to be as 'looking forward to meet you I need a brief explanation over it.

I look forward to meeting you is correct. This may be misleading because the word to can be used in two different ways. "To meet" is an infinitive, as in "I want to meet you". But in the phrasing, "I am looking forward to [something]", "the word to is a preposition, and part of the phrasal verb "to look forward to".
