What about "each of the employees" ?

Shouldn't it be "each of the employee" ?

Yes. It should be 'each of the employee'.

And I think it should be 'a special training course' not 'the'.

Each of employee is seems like correct one.

"Each of the" form always followed by plural noun.

So, 'Each of the employees' is correct.
