It may be that a person have many strengths and many weaknesses. So I think E is correct option. Am I right ?

"Their" is plural pronoun. Hence, "strength and weakness" should be used as singular form.

Isnt "people" in answer B plural. So strength and weakness should also be plural hence option E is correct? or is people singular?
