Isnt "people" in answer B plural. So strength and weakness should also be plural hence option E is correct? or is people singular?

I looked up a few dictionaries. All of them say strengths is an accepted word. As for its use with plural forms, here people is associated with 'their' which should imply the use of strengths in place of strength.

It may be that a person have many strengths and many weaknesses. So I think E is correct option. Am I right ?

"Their" is plural pronoun. Hence, "strength and weakness" should be used as singular form.

People should be used in plural. The rule says that where you see small change in these type of questions you should tick that answer. As in C option we have to change 3 things, So in my point of view B should be accepted as right answer.

Strength is an abstract noun, Never should be in plural.
