Actually, it is the rule of English grammar that we can't use the word "about " with the "discuss ".

I think option C is correct. In this sentence "It" used twice. There is no need of 'it' before out.

Discuss, demand, describe, tell, order, reach, resemble in that word do not follow any preposition.

If are we used the word discussed (verb) so after don't use prepositions.

I agree with option A but what about C - the sentence is completely wrong. Can you justify it.

No need of using "so" in that statement because "thoroughly" the word itself defines entirely.

"We discussed about the problem so thoroughly". In this sentence, we don't need to say "so".
