"Let's discuss about the issues" Not correct. You could say 'Let's have a discussion about the issues'.

If the first sentence is past indefinite then other can not be past indefinite that should be past perfect tense.

In option A 'so' is correct because it is used as 'so that' clause. Read the complete sentence, you will get it.

"We discussed about the problem so thoroughly". In this sentence,we don't need to say "so".

The correct sentence should be like "We discussed the problem thoroughly", there is no need of "about" and "so".

C should also be included there is no need of "it" after work out. It should be "I found it easy to work out".
