"about" is use before any topic so it is in right place but thoroughly @ means complete but not deeply.

So there no need to write "so".

According to Grammatical rule,if any thing is unknown in discussion,then we use 'about' ,in 2nd case if our problem is already known then we do not 'about'.

In grammar, remember this discusses as a verb does not take preposition "about" and for your further reference please see oxford advanced learner's.

Please let me know the correct sentence of "Every group of birds that fly to the breeding ground will have an equal number of males and females. ".

'about' is never used with the word 'discuss'.

I will discuss it-->correct.

I will discuss about it->wrong (no use of about with discuss).

The reason why "A" is correct is, We should not use "About" immediately after the following.

Discuss, describe, mention, explain, state, remark.

Option A, is correct. There is no necessary to place the word "about "after the word discuss. Because the word discusses means to talk about sth.

The verb is usually followed by a direct object, rather than by a preposition so "about (preposition) " after "discuss (verb) " is incorrect.

As per the concept, the word, "about" is not required. We need to use, about if the verb is, "Talk" instead of discuss. Discuss = Talk about.

When 1 person is telling that the use of "so" is incorrect, then why others giving the same answers? do they want to publish their name?
