No need of about after "discuss" because if we are discussing any matter so, It automatically means that we always discuss "about" the matter. "About" is Understood in this case So no Need to use "about.

Discussed : Past participle and past tense is the same. So whenever we have this fact about something done in the past, we use past per tense and past participle use have/has for any perfect tense. Also no need of "So" or "about".

Discuss is an intransitive verb, so it does not need a preposition such as about.
The use of so is ok here.
'discuss' 'reach' and 'order' are not followed by prepositions.
